Charcuterie & grazing table pricing in Denver.
Straight answers on what charcuterie catering costs — per-guest rates, a real invoice example, and exactly what moves the number.
How our pricing works
Grazing tables are priced per guest. The Standard tier (The Social Hour Board) is $15 per person; the Premium tier (The Artisan Graze) is $20 per person. Both include the food, the on-site build, styling with risers and fresh greenery, and palm leaf serviceware for your guests — the per-guest number is the number.
Boards and grazing boxes are quoted flat based on size and contents. Add-ons — dessert boards, crudités cups, grazing boxes for favors — are quoted with your package. Every quote is custom to your headcount, menu, and styling.
A real example: 75 guests, Premium tier
A recent corporate happy hour booked The Artisan Graze for 75 guests: 75 × $20 = $1,500, plus applicable Colorado sales tax. That covered the full premium spread — triple-cream brie, aged Manchego, prosciutto di Parma, a rainbow crudité section with custom dips, seasonal berries, bakery-fresh baguettes — styled on-site with eucalyptus and risers.
Reserving the date took 50% down, with the balance due on event day, and a fully refundable $150 equipment deposit for the rented hardware — returned in full after pickup.

What moves the price
Guest count sets the base for grazing tables. Tier and ingredients — imported cheeses and premium charcuterie sit in the Premium tier. Add-ons like dessert boards and crudités cups layer on per item. Styling scope for larger or more elaborate builds. And travel beyond the Denver metro for mountain venues and farther-flung events — we'll always quote it up front.
Deposits, payments & cancellations
Reserving your date: 50% down, balance due on the day of the event. Equipment deposit: a fully refundable $150 covers rented styling risers, boards, and glassware, returned in full once the hardware comes back clean and undamaged. Cancellations: less than 7 days before the event may carry a fee that covers advance ingredient sourcing and your reserved date — earlier than that, we'll work with you.
